All applicants with 2,000 or more hours in the electrical  construction industry please complete the application below.

Applicants having 2,000 or more hours in the electrical construction industry will be evaluated based on prior documented experience by an interview and/or written test/hands on evaluation.  You WILL NOT be evaluated until proof of experience is provided.

The following documents will be accepted as experience documentation:

W-2’s from previous employers

Paycheck stubs

IRS Statement

Letter from electrical contractor on company letterhead indicating what type of work performed, number of hours worked and rate of pay.

Social Security Statement
