Per the Inside Agreement :

SECTION 3.09 TOOL LIST - Journeyman Wiremen and Apprentice Wireman 3rd period and above, will be required to provide themselves with at least the following:

      Center Punch

   * Hacksaw Frame

   * Level-(small)

   * Knife

   * Pencil

   * Power Return Tape - 16 ft.

   * 2 Screw Drivers -(not over 8")

      Plumb-bob

      Tri-square

   * Claw Hammer

   * Voltage Tester  (The tester must accurately indicate voltage to a minimum of 480 volts  for the upper range scale.)

   * 2 Pair - Channel-locks

   * Side Cutter - 9"

      Long Nose

      Diagonals - 7"

     10" Crescent

     Compass Saw - 10"

   * Wire Stripper - #10-#22AWG

     Crimping Tool - #10-#22AWG

     Hex-Keys - 3/16" thru 1/2"

     Triple Tap - 6/32-8/32-10/32

     Nut Drivers - 1/4"-5/16"-11/32"- 3/8"-7/16"-1/2" 

   * Phillips Screw Driver - #2

   * Tool Pouch

 1st and 2nd Period Apprentices will be required to provide themselves with the minimum of the tools indicated by asterisk (*), within thirty (30) days of their original referral.

 Where practical, every effort will be made by the Employer to provide a secure place to lock up tools on the job site.
